Lindsey settled my case about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to make sure I had adequate enough time in the day to write this review without interruptions. I've always associated Lawyers with the stigma of they are only looking out for themselves. I never would have thought, in all of my 50 years, that I would have needed a lawyer. So when I did need one, I was glad we found Lindsey. She is the complete opposite of what I had envisioned when I thought of Lawyers, and I'm glad she is the complete opposite. Having Lindsey by my side when I was so vulnerable after my car accident was a blessing. She always took the time to talk to me, to advise me, to answer questions or concerns I had, she never treated me as someone without a clue; and boy let me tell you, I didn't have a clue. I had never needed the services of a lawyer, and I didn't know what I didn't know, until I didn't know it. But that is where Lindsey came in. She gave me all of the information, she was a straight shooter, told me how long it could take, made sure I followed all leads for medical care, and then I didn't have to worry about the medical bills for myself or my daughter (who was also in the accident with me). I never would have made it through the process without Lindsey. I am eternally grateful for everything she did for myself and my daughter. Thank you Lindsey for taking on our case, for answering so many questions and taking the time to treat me and my daughter as people, and not just a number or a dollar sign. I would absolutely use Lindsey again, and I would refer her to other people as well. She is an amazing person, a fabulous Lawyer, and a blessing in our lives.
